Resurrection is participating as a TEAM in the
American Cancer Society Relay of Life of Dublin
June 25-26, 2005
Dublin High School Track

Together, we can honor the courageous spirit of people who have been touched by cancer in and associated with our congregation.

The American Cancer Society Relay for Life is an overnight team event that raises awareness of cancer, celebrates survivors, remembers those lost to the disease, and raises funds to fight cancer through research, education, advocacy and patient services.

Throughout Relay For Life, RLC's team of members, friends & families will keep at least one member walking the track...because cancer never sleeps.

Relay For Life provides hope that these lost to cancer will not be forgotten, that those who face cancer will get support, and that one day, cancer will be eliminated.

Relay For Life is the American Cancer Society's signature activity. It unites millions of people in thousands of communities nationwide each year to raise money to help prevent cancer, save lives, and diminish suffering from the disease. Every dollar you raise makes a difference to people touched by cancer.

How can you join and/or participate in Resurrections' Relay for Life Team?

• You can sign up to be a Team Member by donating $100 & schedule a time or times you can walk.
• Or you can sponsor a Team Member by donating all or part of the $100
• You can sign up for a Luminaria (bag with sand & candle to glow through the night) $5 in memory of or to honor someone who has or is battling cancer associated within our congregation.
• You can pray for the Relay for Life Team and those they will be representing
• Donations of snacks, food, drinks, drives etc.
